Shipping policy

Delivery Times:

All of our in-stock products ship out the same day if your order is placed by 1 pm CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). On most days, in-stock product orders placed by 3 pm CST will ship out. However, we cannot guarantee an order placed that late in the day will go out due to factors such as the number of orders ahead of yours, product availability, new customer set-up requirements, and other issues. We do promise to hustle and do our best to get your order on a truck that same day!

All orders placed after office hours and during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship via FedEx Ground. Delivery to the 48 contiguous states takes 1-5 business days transit time.  FedEx ground does not deliver to Post Office boxes.  

Residential Deliveries:

Items stating "Free Shipping to a Commercially Zoned Address" can be shipped to a FedEx Hold at Location (HAL). Orders shipped to a FedEx HAL, don’t incur the Residential fee of $20 per box. We highly recommend this service, as most locations are near to where you live. These locations are a secure, environmentally controlled location and require a signature for pick up. Make sure the name you provide us matches your driver’s license as FedEx will only release the package to the name printed on the label.

If you ship via FedEx ground to a residential address and your package isn’t there when you get home, Deanan© will not take responsibility for the missing package. We will get with FedEx to get the GPS coordinates of the delivery driver to guarantee he did go to the location you provided. If FedEx shows that the driver was at the correct location, we are unable to reship or refund your order. If FedEx shows your package was delivered to an incorrect address, FedEx will try to retrieve the package and deliver to the correct address.

All orders supplied with an email address will get FREE tracking information. You can track your orders at www.fedex.com or www.USPS.com
