Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Deanan Gourmet Popcorn and its marketing agency, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period
The giveaway begins October 26, 2026. All purchase entries must ship, and all free entries must be postmarked, before November 22, 2026.
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Purchase entries and free entries have equal odds of winning.
- Purchase entry. Each Signature Gift Box purchased on deanan.com earns one entry when the order ships before November 22, 2026. Any label option qualifies. Other products do not earn entries. Orders with a requested ship date on or after November 22, 2026 do not earn entries.
- Free entry. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words "Gift Big Win Big" on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Gift Big Win Big Giveaway, Deanan Gourmet Popcorn, 216 Windco Cir, Wylie, TX 75098. One card per envelope. Cards must be postmarked before November 22, 2026 and received by November 25, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
There is no limit on the number of entries by either method. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or that contain more than one card per envelope are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one set of Apple AirPods (approximate retail value $129 each). One (1) winner will receive one Apple iPad (approximate retail value $449). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $836. Prizes are awarded as is. No cash equivalent or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per person and per household.
Winner Selection and Notification
Four winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within five (5) business days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release before a prize is awarded.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.
General Conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control affects the fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. Entrant information is used only to administer the giveaway and is handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
By entering, you confirm that you are providing your information voluntarily and agree that Sponsor may send you marketing emails about Deanan Gourmet Popcorn products and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
